Class Descriptions

This is a yoga school where we grow together, as well as individually. You are taught with joy, love, and compassion. Yoga and Inferno hot Pilates is for anyone, and EVERY BODY. You will always leave here feeling better.

Level 2 inferno hot pilates

Includes weights & bands

Inferno Hot Pilates with weights and bands is held in a room 90-95 degrees, creating long, lean muscle mass burning fat. It combines High Intensity Interval Training with weightlifting principals, while remaining low impact. This whole-body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. Weights and resistance bands are added to enhance muscle engagement and increase the workout intensity. Remember weights and bands are always optional.

Inferno Hot Pilates

45, 60 minutes

Inferno Hot Pilates was created by Gabriella Walters. This class is in a room heated to 95 degrees it creates long lean muscle mass and burns fat. It is a High Intensity Interval Training ~ low impact, using Pilates principles. This whole body workout builds a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. To avoid the pounding impact of running and jumping, Inferno Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury. Expect to work hard, have fun and jam out to the Best Playlist.

Original Hot 26 Yoga

The Original Hot Yoga sequence brought to America & now the world by Bikram Choudhury. This incredible yoga series is practiced in a heated room. You are going to sweat & feel fantastic. This class is Universal ~ it is for anyone & everyone ( beginner friendly)! Balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation are all focused in every class. It is transformative. In a very short time, you will see that you will change your mind, change your energy, change your body & your life.

yin yoga

60 minutes

Yin Yoga is a practice focused on targeting the deep connective tissues, involving holding poses for several minutes to enhance flexibility and stimulate energy channels. The practice also incorporates a meditative aspect promoting relaxation and a connection to self through prolonged stillness. Guided by mindful, passionate and knowledgable instruction this class is practiced in a non-heated room. Feel free to bring your own props (etc. bolsters pillows and blankets).

Hatha Fusion

75 or 90 minutes

This class combines elements of the Hot 26 series with intervals of stretching and time to explore postures. Set in a heated room, you’ll move through a dynamic flow of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Between sequences, enjoy deep stretches and the freedom to explore different variations, allowing you to tailor your practice to your body. This class offers a balanced, invigorating experience for all levels.
